Clean store. Good food. Great service. Very friendly staff.
Usually good with pickup or delivery. Can be slow for delivery sometimes but those are the normal times when you expect it to be busy. Times I have done pickup they are friendly and helpful.
So I've just had the worst experience with the Union Pizza Hut. First off I have an allergy to beef so I can't eat any type of beef product winch includes pepperoni. The first incident they gave me a pizza that was supposed to be only cheese with pepperoni on it which made me severely sick. (The pepperoni was under the cheese so I didn't know until it was to late.) They gave me a $10.00 credit for another pizza and I was okay with that. Well when I called to get said credit they told me i was only able to get another pizza, but that they wouldn't cook it on a clean pizza pan. After I called them again to get a corporate number they were fine with giving me an order of garlic knots. The manager asked if I wanted an order of cinnamon sticks and a 2 liter of soda and said it would balance out my credit, so I told him yes. The driver only brought the garlic knots so when I called back and asked Adam the manager he said he never told me that. So all in all it was a terrible experience and I do not recommend this location if you have any allergies, they don't work with you or uphold a good customer service experience.
The pizza is too salty, but the employees are so nice and helpful
Ordered a pizza on 10/19 at 6:30pm. Right before I left to go get it from a volleyball game there was a tornado warning issued for the area and was locked down in locker room for over an hour. I had no cell service to call and let them know but as soon as I got out I called them to let them know I was on my way and they offered to make another one for me. It was ready but it had been sitting in the oven for an hour and twenty minutes and they said it just wasn't as good as when it done. So they made me a new one. That was awesome! One of the best pizza I've ever had!
