My family has lived in a Keystone-built home since 2005. We have not experienced any problems yet. The house is located in the Richwood, KY area along Interestate 75. The quality of the product is good, and I have even gone back to them 5 years later with questions (ie. "who did the counter-tops" so we can color-match a project) that they were able to answer. Their floorplans are also some of the best around for the price point. In addition, many items are included without an "upgrade price". Things like a lighting/fixture package, double sinks, garden tubs, etc. If you are building in the Northernn KY area this builder should DEFINITELY BE ON YOUR LIST for conisederation.
