We love Dr. Greenhill, Kelly, Jamie and the rest of the team! The boys are always so excited to go to the dentist to get their teeth cleaned. We can always count on a great experience and everyone to take amazing care of the boys. Feel like part of the family during every visit!! Thanks to the entire team for all you do for our best boys!
The staff are all great with the kids. They even work on smaller kids (2years old). Their lobby and work area is very kid friendly. I have been to many dentist office cause I travel a lot and this was the best one I have ever attended for my kids.
My children love how the staff explain every procedure before they start and answer all their questions. The staff is always friendly and outgoing. We live in Union and the location is perfect for after school appointments.
I received a call to schedule my 2.5 year old for a cleaning. I was told in order to get a Wednesday appointment it would be 2 months, or they had an opening for the same day at 4:30pm. I reluctantly accepted the same day appointment and cut my work day short. I picked up my son from daycare and went to the appointment, arriving 5 minutes early. We sat in the empty waiting room for over 30 minutes, with a 2 year old before leaving without seeing the dentist. This is beyond frustrating. Although we had heard great things about this practice, we will be going elsewhere. Time is money and they have wasted mine.
Everyone should take their children to Union Pediatric Dentistry. I was greeted by the most friendly front desk staff, and they were all so helpful and answered all of my scheduling/insurance questions. Dr. Greenhill was so kind and patient with my son and gave him the best of care. The whole staff was amazing, and the office is so clean. Plus, it is decorated so cute! My son loved his experience there, and I will definitely take him there again.
